Right of Withdrawal

Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

We will send you an acknowledgement of receipt of your withdrawal request without delay.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided evidence of having returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

The goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible. Please send returns to:

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been opened or used, where the seal has been broken after delivery and the goods are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
