Orders are delivered by Australia Post.

Processing times

Your order will be processed within 2 business days of being received.

Dispatch Locations

Our primary dispatch centre is located on the Sunshine Coast, Australia.    

On occasions where a product may be temporarily out of stock, you will be contacted either by email, text message or telephone and you can elect to wait the extra delivery time or be offered a refund, or exchange for a product that is in stock.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost of your order depends on your order quantity and delivery address and will be calculated at checkout.  You can review your order and the final shipping cost prior to payment at checkout.

International Shipping

International orders sent via Standard Delivery take on average 5 to 12 working days.  Orders sent via express delivery take on average 2 to 7 working days. (Exclusive of any delays due to Customs or other disruptions to delivery services).

For deliveries to United States and United Kingdom, your parcel can also be tracked on the usps.com and parcelforce.com websites respectively.   (This is in addition to tracking on auspost.com.au).

Shipping within Australia

Delivery within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-3 business days for express options.

Customs and Import Charges

Please Note: Any extra costs beyond the quoted shipping and delivery fee related to import/customs tax is the sole responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are imposed by the destination country and we are not able to control or estimate any applicable fees or charges.  Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the person receiving the parcel and are not included in the cost of delivery.  Please check with your country’s customs service if you need more information.
